Artist Statement
我的創作源於對生命韌性與脆弱性的長期關注，透過虛構生物的敘事方式，探索人類與自然、身體與文化、創傷與癒合之間的共生與轉化。我以繪畫、刺繡、軟雕塑與裝置藝術等多元媒材，構築介於真實與幻想之間的生命風景，並從個人經驗、自然觀察與社會變遷中，持續發掘生命的各種樣貌。
我的創作游走於生物學、文化記憶與個人經驗之間，關注生命如何在壓力、創傷與轉變中孕育出新的存在形式。未來，我將持續探索不同地域的自然生態與人文故事，透過實驗性的媒材與敘事方式，描繪更多關於共生、變異與再生的生命寓言。
我相信，每一道傷痕，都是生命延續與蛻變的印記。而藝術，則是我與這些生命對話、理解與重構的橋樑。
My artistic practice is rooted in a long-standing exploration of the resilience and fragility of life. Through the narrative lens of fictional creatures, I examine the symbiosis and transformation between humanity and nature, the body and culture, trauma and healing. Working across diverse media—including painting, embroidery, soft sculpture, and installation—I construct life-scapes that hover between reality and fantasy, continually drawing inspiration from personal experience, natural observation, and social change to explore the multifaceted expressions of life.
My artistic practice moves fluidly between biology, cultural memory, and personal experience, focusing on how life responds to pressure, trauma, and transformation by giving rise to new forms of existence. In the future, I will continue to explore the natural ecologies and human stories of different regions, using experimental materials and narrative strategies to portray allegories of symbiosis, mutation, and regeneration.
I believe that every scar is a trace of life’s persistence and metamorphosis. For me, art is a bridge—a way to engage with, understand, and reimagine these living narratives.
